Joining ClearSlide in November 2012, I noticed immediately why the company has undergone tremendous growth and development since its founding. With a dynamic and bright engineering team to a pointed and enterprising sales team, the company is well-rounded. ClearSlide's executive team are experienced, proven entrepreneurs with the sensibility and acumen for positioning the company for future opportunity. As a Product Manager, I enjoy the experience of immediate feature validation from our growing sales team and expanding customer base. I bring to ClearSlide one big belief: that leveraging data to provide actionable insights — that tapping into and understanding the vast amount of sales data available — will be critical in expanding the ClearSlide platform and vision.

When I interviewed at ClearSlide in December 2011, the company had less than 30 people, and the position for which I was hired (Customer Success Specialist) had yet to exist. Now, a short year later, the Customer Success department alone has 30 people, and I am fortunate enough to manage an amazing group within the team! It has been incredibly exciting to contribute to the growth of the Customer Success team and our company overall. I used to wonder about people that say they love their job, but I understand now because I really do love mine. I'm continually impressed by the energy of the team around me, and I'm excited about everything we're going to make happen!

I started in January of 2012, and I have been working as a Corporate Account Manager the entire time. I enjoy working at ClearSlide because I am challenged daily and surrounded by extremely smart, collaborative and kind people. It has been exciting to be part of our growing team, and it's great feeling like the work we do is a direct contribution to ClearSlide's success.

I started with the ClearSlide family as a Customer Success Specialist and shortly after began working with the Enterprise team as a Sales Development Representative. From driving adoption to breaking into new accounts, I like the challenge each position has presented and see the direct impact I'm having on our goals. I enjoy working with the people that surround me and love the camaraderie amongst each department.

I joined ClearSlide in August of 2011, and I immediately felt welcomed to this energetic and quickly-growing team. As Office Manager, I had an opportunity to give back to an organization that had given so much to me. In addition to taking care of the day-to-day operations of the office, I was involved in two company office moves that finally landed us at our fabulous location here on Market Street. Shortly after my 1-year mark with ClearSlide, our Co-Founders asked me to fill the new role of Culture Coordinator in order to maintain and build on a company culture that had already begun to grow organically. Today, I feel extremely lucky to spend my time researching and developing employee programs in an effort to keep my talented co-workers engaged and happy.

ClearSlide has changed my life. I've learned more in these three-plus years than I could have anywhere else in six. I've been trained on the fundamentals every sales professional needs, and these competencies are now helping me hone my field sales skills. I've been pushed to exceed expectations and am rewarded when I get there. I'm growing along with ClearSlide, which has continued to explode since I started and isn't stopping anytime soon.

The amazing experience started when I joined ClearSlide a half a year ago. As a fresh graduate with an international background, I feel so lucky to be working in the most encouraging and supportive environment that I could have ever imagined. I love the fact that I can always learn something new and be positively challenged every day. The company is growing fast. Every morning I come to the office I feel so energetic and confident because I know the product I am working on has a promising future. It's a pleasure to contribute. Proud of being a ClearSlider!
