Vice President Enterprise - East

New York City

Job Description

The Vice President, Enterprise - East will be responsible for the direction and management of sales and business development operations in the region for all Enterprise accounts. This will include market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution and achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute against plan for winning significant share of the Fortune 500 sales organizations based in the Eastern region
- Develop the sales strategy and work cross functionally with marketing, customer service and finance to establish plans to continually impress our customers and accelerate revenue growth
- Be responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all client sales activities
- Manage the needs of ClearSlide customers in order to meet the objectives of our overall business plans and strategies
- Recruit top talent
- Mentor, lead, and scale your team for substantial growth while spending significant amounts of time in the field with your team
- Monitor and continuously improve metrics on sales and closing ratios and optimize sales cycle management
- Set sales quotas and other measurable goals for the team
- Develop a performance driven culture where rockstars thrive

Requirements

- 12+ years experience in software sales, some experience selling a SaaS product preferred
- 6+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years in a senior client sales management role for an enterprise software or SaaS company
- A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, which include quotas, and account objectives
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectations
- Prior success attracting, hiring and managing top talent
- 4 year University degree
