Schedule & Start Instant Meetings Directly from Your Inbox: New Updates to Outlook & Gmail Plugins

ClearSlide delivers an engaging and interactive meeting experience ensuring meetings – without reps or buyers having to struggle with software downloads, technical snafus, or latency issues. Instantly meet by leveraging a personalized and customized link — or schedule future meetings. With the latest update to our Outlook and Gmail Plugins, users can schedule ClearSlide meetings directly from their inbox.
Schedule and send individual or recurring meeting invitations by clicking on the Add ClearSlide Meeting button within either inbox.  Once clicked, the user can select a customer or prospect from a dropdown populated with data from CRM. The body of the email will automatically be populated with the user’s unique meeting link, access codes for added security, and ClearSlide conference numbers.

The meeting organizer can securely start ClearSlide meetings from the calendar page, and meeting participants can instantly join a meeting by clicking on the link and entering the access code that automatically pre-fill in the event description.

Following the completion of the meeting, ClearSlide meeting recaps are pre-populated with account or opportunity name, and auto-logged to CRM.

These latest improvements to the ClearSlide Outlook and Gmail plugins allow sales reps to work from their preferred platform – whether it’s the ClearSlide web app, their email inbox, or mobile apps. ClearSlide delivers productivity saving features and  improves CRM data quality by auto-logging meeting and email activity and rich engagement analytics.
