On December 7, 2017, Aragon Research hosted their annual Hot Vendor and Innovation Awards dinner and reception in Redwood City, CA. Leading technology companies around the world attended to celebrate the progress made in 2017 and to look ahead at the hot companies and technologies for 2018. This is the fourth year ClearSlide attended, and each year has marked our growth and impact in the sales enablement space as a the Sales Engagement Platform leader. This year’s event featured a new Women in Tech panel and awards with an amazing group, and a digital business panel that included Kurt Leafstrand from our partner Clari.
We started out as an Aragon Research ‘Hot Vendor’ for Sales Engagement just as the industry started to take off. Now, four years later, we are recognized with a 2017 Innovation Award for Sales Engagement. Jim Benton, ClearSlide’s Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder, accepted this prestigious award.
In November, Aragon Research identified ClearSlide as Leader for the second straight year in their Globe Report: Sales Engagement Platforms, 2017: The Digital Work Hub for Sales.
Aragon Research estimates that the market for Sales Engagement Platforms (SEPs) will grow from $800 million today to $5 billion by 2021. Organizations using SEPs, like ClearSlide, excel at customer engagement and leveraging the best content to drive faster sales cycles with reps digitally equipped to respond to signals of interest from prospects. They are the new Digital Sales Suite for Sales Professionals, akin to what Aragon Research describes as “Office for Sales.”
