2015 has been a strong year for my team, but I aspire that each year should be better than the last, and that we can improve on past year’s performance. That’s why my sales resolution for 2016 is to have 100% of my team exceed 100% of their quota.
I resolve to use ClearSlide Analytics to its fullest to identify leading indicators to replicate success. I want to see what content is working (and what’s not), and better understand where where my team may be struggling. I also resolve to use ClearSlide Record to “listen in” on calls even when I can’t be there live, so I can coach and develop my team by recognizing areas where sales reps need help before they do.
In 2016, I resolve to be best manager I can be, and help my team be the most productive they can be.
