As a Sales rep, I sometimes struggle between spending quality time with prospects and customers and the administrative tasks needed to get that time – not to mention squeezing in a workout or two. This week, I used some time saving tips from the ClearSlide product team and increased my productivity enough to make it to the gym 3 times!
Creating and Logging Meetings
As soon as the date and time for a meeting is nailed down, I can Schedule a Live Pitch from ClearSlide to invite participants and provide them with all the necessary info. I enter the client’s name and email addresses, ClearSlide populates my Viewer Link and conference bridge dial-in, so I don’t have to worry about administrative hassles when I’m focused on qualifying prospects and leads.
ClearSlide will also remind me of upcoming Live Pitches under the upcoming Live Pitches pane – and I start my calls using the “Start Live Pitch” shortcut.
Another bonus, the call is automatically logged in my CRM, saving me the time of adding activities.
Meetings Anywhere
A huge challenge I have is rushing to make back-to-back meetings. I often find myself rushing from a meeting to my desk to make calls. But, now I can save myself the sprint and dial into a meeting from my computer. I can use ClearSlide’s Soft Phone to start a live pitch and call my customers without rushing to my desk.
Schedule Follow Up Email
After a successful meeting, I like to follow up with additional information and close action items. With ClearSlide, I can easily compose a follow up email by using my best Email Template and content in ClearSlide. I can also schedule the email to be delivered at a date and time that I choose – I recommend scheduling it for the morning so it’s at the top of my customers’ inbox!
