We use these providers to analyze trends, administer the Site, track Users’ movements around the Site, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We also use these providers for re-targeting: we and our service providers gather the information about your activities on our Site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based on your browsing activities and interests. Further, we use these cookies to distinguish one user from another and, in conjunction with the log files from our web server, to calculate the total number of people visiting the Site. The collected web usage data helps us to obtain the feedback required for constantly improving the Site and to better serve all users. Below is a detailed explanation of how each Tool functions on our Site.
Use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on our Site
Our Site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies. The information generated by these cookies about your use of our Site is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, within member states of the European Union or in other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, your IP address will be first abbreviated by Google on our Site. For this purpose, we have implemented the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to guarantee an anonymized collection of IP addresses.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and abbreviated there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the Site, in order to compile reports about the Site activities and to render further services to us connected with the use of the Site and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent Google’s collection of the data generated by these cookies as well as Google’s processing of such data, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
For more information on terms of use and data protection, visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and https://privacy.google.com/#.
Google AdWords & Google Remarketing
Google AdWords & Google Remarketing allow Users who have already visited our Site and are interested in the Site or Services to be addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of the Google partner network. The insertion of the ad takes place via the use of cookies.
If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can disable Google’s use of cookies for such purpose by visiting https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Both services are subject to the Google privacy policy which you can find at https://privacy.google.com/#.
Google Maps
We use Google Maps to display maps and show you the location of our partner restaurants. Evaluations posted by you on our Site as well as the username stated in such context may be published on Google Maps. You can find the terms of use for Google Maps at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html (including the applicable Google Privacy Policy).
Facebook Custom Audiences
We have integrated the Facebook pixel on our Site. The pixel is a transparent, unique image file embedded in our Site (also called a “Web-Beacon”). If you visit our Site, a direct connection will be established between your device and the Facebook server. As a result, Facebook receives the information that you have visited on our Site with your IP address and can associate the visit to our Site with your user account. Please note that as provider of the Site, we do not receive any information on the content of the data transmitted or its use by Facebook. If you are not a member of Facebook, Facebook will still obtain and store your IP address as well as receive information when you visit those sites and apps, including device information (operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, device identifiers, device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals, connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number) and information about your activity. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address will be processed.
You can find further information about this in Facebook’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate the visit to our Site with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads or https://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/.
Twitter
Twitter plug-ins are integrated on our Site. By using Twitter and the “re-tweet” function, the websites visited by you are linked to your Twitter account and announced to other users. Data is also transmitted to Twitter.
As provider of the Site, we do not receive any information on the contents of the data transmitted or its use by Twitter. You can find further information about this in Twitter’s Privacy Policy at https://twitter.com/en/privacy. You can change your Twitter privacy settings in the account settings at https://twitter.com/account/settings.
Bing Ads
Data is collected on our Site and stored using Microsoft’s Bing Ads technologies, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. This service enables us to track the activities of users on our website when they come to our website via ads from Bing Ads. If you access our Site via such an advertisement, a cookie is placed on your computer. A Bing UET tag is integrated on our Site. This is a code used in connection with the cookie to store certain non-personal data about the use of the Site, including the time spent on the Site, which areas of the Site have been called up, and via which display a user has accessed the Site. Information about your identity is not collected.
Microsoft may be able to track your usage across multiple devices, enabling you to display personalized advertising on or in Microsoft Web pages and apps. You can disable this behavior at http://choice.microsoft.com/opt-out. For more information about Bing’s analytics services, please visit Bing Ads https://help.bingads.microsoft.com/.
Marketo
Marketo also uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site is transferred to a Marketo server and stored there. Marketo uses this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of the Site and to compile reports on website activities. Marketo evaluates your user behavior when sending e-mails or other requested information on our behalf. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain web beacons, which enable us to record when you read e-mails and which links you click in them and to draw conclusions about your personal interests. We link this data to actions taken by you on our Site. Tracking is not possible if you have disabled the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case, however, the newsletter will not be displayed in full and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above tracking takes place.
AdRoll
AdRoll provides targeted advertising and marketing services by placing a tracking cookie on your device when visiting our Site. For this purpose, AdRoll will process your device’s IP address, cookie string data, operating system, and (in the case of mobile devices) device type and unique device identifier such as the Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID. AdRoll provides “cross-device matching”, which means that AdRoll processes information to identify all devices that are likely to be associated with you so that ads can be targeted, capped, and sequenced across those devices. You can opt out of the data processing by AdRoll by clicking the link at https://app.adroll.com/optout/safari.
LinkedIn
Our Site and Services contain functions and contents of the LinkedIn service. This may include content such as images, videos, or texts and buttons with which users can express their appreciation of the content, or subscribe to the authors of the content or our contributions. If the users are members of the LinkedIn platform, LinkedIn can assign the call of the above contents and functions to the profiles of the users there. LinkedIn is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law. You can opt out of the data processing by LinkedIn for advertising purposes by clicking the link at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
FullStory
FullStory uses cookies and related tracking technologies to record Customer and Viewer interactions with our Site, including time spent on the Site, pages viewed, links clicked, button presses, mouse movements and other interactions with the Site, as well as information commonly collected such as operating system, browser, and IP address. We use this data to evaluate ongoing product enhancements and improve our ability to troubleshoot technical issues and usability concerns reported by Customers. To protect the privacy of our Customers and Viewers, we make use of the FullStory “Private by Default” setting to ensure that our Site does not send private or sensitive data to FullStory servers, including phone numbers, text in forms, chat messages, images of Customer or Viewer content, and webcam images. If you are a Customer of ClearSlide and wish to have FullStory services disabled for your account, please contact your ClearSlide account manager or sales representative.

To enable this personalized experience, our Site sends Customer information to the Gainsight PX servers that is available when a Customer is signed into our Site, including Customer name and email address.
