ClearSlide Announces New ClearSlide Insights Effort to Boost Sales Leader Effectiveness
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – November 14, 2013
ClearSlide, provider of the leading sales engagement solution, today announced an important step forward in helping sales leaders more effectively run their businesses and manage their teams with the launch of the ClearSlide Insights effort, which will offer customizable proactive alerts and insights behind key sales productivity drivers.
The ClearSlide platform auto-logs sales team activity, delivering analytics to sales leaders to provide visibility into the activities that drive deal closure and ultimately, salesperson performance. ClearSlide Insights will allow sales leaders to subscribe to personalized updates on their team’s activities. These new reports will help sales leaders keep a pulse on their business and their team, while saving them time by allowing them to set up system-generated alerts and freeing leaders and sales operations professionals from sifting through data to determine leading indicators of performance.
The first reports to be released will center on which sales people generate the most engagement, which pieces of content generate the most engagement, and which prospects are most engaged with customer content. Sales leaders can then use the data that is sent to them in this easy to digest format to connect their team’s activity to real results, and coach their teams to success based on the insight they gain through their ClearSlide Insights reports.
A recent study by Forrester Consulting revealed that 54% of sales leaders are either somewhat confident or not at all confident that they have accurate visibility into the activities of their sales force and the correlation of sales activity into sales outcomes. Only 35% of these sales decision makers benefit from activity logs that are automatically generated, and instead rely on either self-reported data from their sales team or verbal, one on one reviews with their sales people.
ClearSlide Insights will bridge the gap between sales leaders and their reps by providing quick, digestible alerts into in-depth reporting that is auto-logged. taking the guesswork out of analyzing true performance and allowing leaders to gain a clear look into the effectiveness of their team and the content being used to pitch prospects.
